This is DroneDB’s notice & action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). You’ll be asked for a substantiated explanation, the location of the content, your contact details and a good-faith declaration. Reports are handled confidentially.

Please report only genuinely unlawful content. Knowing false or misleading reports may lead to legal liability and account measures.

Data protection notice. The data you provide is processed by Digipa S.R.L. (data controller) on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation, DSA Arts. 15–17) to assess and act on your report. It is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the case is closed, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing legal process. Access it via support@dronedb.app.

What happens after you submit

You’ll receive an automated confirmation with a case reference immediately.
We acknowledge your report and begin an evaluation; where a restriction is warranted we act under the relevant legal basis.
We notify the affected user, unless doing so would be futile, unlawful or obviously contrary to public interest.
You can lodge a counter-notice or appeal the decision by email, quoting your reference.

Alternatively, you may report by email to support@dronedb.app using the subject Notice - [Copyright / Privacy / Illegal Content] or, for an appeal, Counter-Notice - [Reference]. For criminal matters, please contact the police cyber units or your national competent authority directly.
