Consumer Withdrawal

Cancel a subscription within your 14-day withdrawal period and request a refund.

This is the online withdrawal function required by Directive (EU) 2023/2673. You have 14 days from concluding your drone-services subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. A pro-rated refund applies to the services requested before withdrawal.

Declaration

All required
Data protection notice. Your data is processed by Digipa S.R.L. (data controller) on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR to process your withdrawal and the related refund. It is retained for 10 years where required by Italian accounting and tax law. You can exercise your data subject rights via support@dronedb.app.

What happens after you submit

  • An automated confirmation with a reference number is sent immediately.
  • We cancel your subscription effective from the date of the withdrawal.
  • We calculate and process your refund (pro-rated for services already used) within 14 days to your chosen method.

Pro-rated example: if your 30-day subscription costs €30 and you performed the withdrawal on day 5, a refund for the unused 25 days (≈ €25) is processed, proportionally.

Alternatively, you may withdraw by email to support@dronedb.app and use the model withdrawal form in the Consumer Terms Schedule. For disputes, join the online dispute resolution platform or the ADR body listed in your terms.
